Where Can I Find Accommodation At The Nürburgring?
The entire area surrounding the Nordschleife Race Track is a conservation and tourism hub, with a number of Nürburgring Hotels, B&Bs, and rooms to rent found in any of the surrounding villages. Nürburgring Congress and Dorint Motorsport, both 4-star hotels, would be the finest accommodation options. These hotels are located in the Nürburgring’s main complex, offering a brilliant view of the start straight and grandstands. Alternatively, we recommend Tiergarten — a hotel located at the very centre of the Ring owned by famous racer and TV personality, Sabine Schmitz.
Bookings for any one of these, or other hotels, can be made easily using Booking.com. The site allows you to easily sort by offer and location to find the ideal accommodation for your stay at the Nürburgring.

If you’re visiting the Green Hell for the first time, we highly recommend making use of a professional instructor who will be your guide to your first laps on the Ring and help you master all the elements of the tricky circuit.
Nürburgring Instructors
Visiting the Race Track for the first time wouldn’t be complete without driving a few laps of the famed circuit yourself. But for first-time visitors, whether you’re in a rented car or your own, a professional instructor is the ideal way to ensure that nothing goes wrong and that you leave having had a pleasant experience. The instructor will help you handle your own emotions as well as show you the correct trajectory, entry point, braking points, and cornering techniques at each of the Nordschleife’s 73 tricky turns. With the assistance of an instructor, your laps will not only be safer, but you’ll see an improvement in lap times as well.
If you already have some knowledge of the Nürburgring and wish to improve, professional assistance is an absolute must. Instructors will teach you how to better handle a sports car as well as share secrets on how to take some of the trickiest corners on the Nordschleife. Lap by lap, your track times will improve.
We can assist by providing you with a pro driving instructor for drivers of all skill levels. Instructors can be rented per hour ( 130 Euros for Tourist Drives Days or Track Days ), for 5-hour half-day programs ( 549 Euros ), or for full-day assistance ( 849 Euros ). All prices are inclusive of 19% VAT.
Is The Nürburgring Open In Poor Weather?
Rain and fog are natural occurrences that do happen at the Nürburgring, but these are acts of God that cannot be managed or controlled by the organisers. Nürburgring days take place in both wet and dry weather conditions, and only the most extreme conditions will force the facilities to close.
If you feel hesitant about driving in the rain, or for any other reason, you may cancel your run, but as the track is open and functional, no refund is provided. However, we are happy to reschedule your track session for any other day.
